Guild Invitations / Recruitment
All ranks from the Raid Leader and above have guild invite privileges. It is important for those with guild invite powers to screen any requests to evaluate the applicant’s personality and intentions, if they fit the guild’s goals for the community. It is preferred by the Guild leadership that we invite people on a referral basis, but will also consider non-referrals after standard screening is performed. The guild is primary a Filipino guild, but will consider accepting non-Filipino applicants if they fit the kind of people we want in our community. As a standard practice, the person who invites a new player into the guild should add that player to his battlenet friends list (Full BNET email, not just Battletag ID) and indicate the player’s first name in the character’s public note as well as indicate whose referral the player is, if applicable. The person who invites or refers a new player into the guild will be held responsible, to a certain degree, for the behavior of the invited player while in the guild, since it is assumed that the inviter took the time to get to know the applicant prior to sending out a guild invite.
Communication
Being primarily a Filipino guild, the standard language of communication will be Tagalog – being the standard dialect familiar to most members of the community. English will be a secondary language utilized by the guild to accommodate non-Filipinos in the guild. Any other dialects/languages are not restricted from being used in private messages, but as courtesy to most of the Filipino members of the guild, it is discouraged from being used in Guild Chat to avoid any possible miscommunication or negative impressions by others who do not understand such dialects.
Raiding
A standard set of requirements are laid down for members who want to raid with the guild on a regular basis. Individual raid teams may add to these requirements as they deem necessary.
1. Deadly Boss Mods - Addon
2. WeakAuras 2 - Addon
3. Exorsus Raid Tools - Addon
4. GTFO - Addon
5. Teamspeak 3 Client installed and configured
6. A working headset with microphone
As of this writing, the guild mainly operates with multiple 10man raid teams. Recruits undergo a trial period wherein their performance, consistency, and attitude are observed, geared for improvement, and evaluated. The trial period may vary at the discretion of the raid team leads. Should a player prove to be capable and consistent, a permanent spot may be offered by the raid team leaders. Should a player fail to pass the raid team’s standards for any reason, it will be discussed properly by the leaders to the player in question. In any case that a player is not offered a permanent raid spot after the trial period is over, the player has the option to try out with any of the other raid teams in the guild or be in a Filler status available to any raid team that may have a temporary spot open in their group.
Once a full raider status is achieved by a player, it is does not give a guarantee that he/she will remain in that rank/status forever. Players will have to earn their keep, meaning they will have to continue performing well, have a high and acceptable attendance rate, and get along with their raid team members. Raid leaders and guild officers have the capacity to demote a player or call for a demotion if the player continuously fails to meet the raid team’s standards for performance, attendance, or group dynamics.
Team cannibalism, which happens when a particular guild raid team that is in need of a replacement member, whether permanent or temporary, deliberately pirates a member of another guild team by any means they deem necessary. In effect, the initially lacking team gains their replacement but in turn destabilizes the other team by ruining their roster and passing on to them the problem of looking for a replacement player. This kind of behavior is frowned upon and will not be tolerated. Guild officers/leaders have the authority to intervene and decide the best course of action as called for by each individual situation.
Raiders are encouraged to study raid encounters ahead of time to cut down the time it takes to discuss strategies during raid nights. This not only distributes the burden of studying encounters to everyone, but it also gives raid teams more time to actually work on the encounters as opposed to talking about mechanics, etc., during raid times.
Raid teams will be generally left to handle their affairs on their own. There will, however, be situations when guild leaders may step in to assist in resolving any issues, concerns, or conflicts, if the situation gets blown out of proportion, affects members outside the raid team, or if their assistance is sought by the raid team leaders.

Loot System
In a 10-man raid setting, the group is small enough to employ a simple Main Toon Main Spec > Main Toon Off Spec > Alt Toon Main Spec > Alt Toon Off Spec. Any negotiations for gear swapping or prioritization favors may be done on the side, but players are expected to respect and honor the decision of the player who rightfully won the item, whether or not they agree to an item swap/pass.
If, and when the guild decides to transition into a 25-man raiding setup (or possibly 20man when Warlords of Draenor is released) a different loot system such as EPGP may be employed to ensure fair loot distribution, considering the efforts and performance of a player vs the amount of gear/rewards the player has already received.
The guild embraces the idea of raiding like there is no loot. This means that the loot obtained from raids are tools that help the raid groups progress through the content, not just the individual. This means that there will be occassions wherein leaders/officers will ask raiders to pass certain loot to other regular raid members who could benefit more from the item in question than the player who actually won the item, and in situations like these, players are expected to comply cordially. Remember, we are after the overall progress in competency of the entire raid group and not just the individual raider. LOOT WHORES will not be tolerated and may be sanctioned as deemed necessary by guild leaders.
In situations wherein players are asked/allowed to use their ALT toons or Alternate specs for whatever reason, please remember that our focus will remain on improving Main Toons and Main Specs, in that order, above anything else and so loot distribution will prioritize those. Players may of course roll for their Alt toons/specs if no other player on their main toon / spec needs the item.
